After the success of the first two training programs for the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova in February and March 2013, the third training program is taking place in Chisinau on 27-29 May, 2013 on the practical implementation of the EU’s 3rd energy package.

After the success of the first training program for the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova in February 2013, the second training program is taking place in Chisinau on 26-28 March, 2013. The knowledge transfer training program is the second in the series with a special focus on energy regulation issues in connection with the EU’s 3rd Energy Package.

Following the Fact Finding Mission of the PA2 in January, the first training program for the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova is taking place in Chisinau on 26-28 February, 2013. The knowledge transfer training program is the first in the series with focus on energy regulation issues in connection with the EU’s 3rd Energy Package. The first panel will focus on the independence, tasks and necessary statutory powers of the regulator.

Interview with Ambassador Anita Orbán (Priority Area Coordinator)
The EUSDR is a macroregional strategy for 14 countries of the Danube region. The Strategy has 11 priority areas which are the focus of its activities. One of the priority areas of the Strategy is the “Sustainable Energy” area. The work of this area is coordinated by Hungary and the Czech Republic. The energy priority area concentrates its work around three pillars: energy infrastructure, energy markets as well as renewable energy and energy efficiency.
