3rd Stakeholder Seminar on "LNG dream or reality for the Danube Region?" - 26 May 2016, Brussels
The 3rd Annual Stakeholder Seminar “LNG – Dream or Reality for the Danube Region?” was held in Brussels on 26 May 2016 at the premises of the Permanent Representation of Hungary to the EU, with the participation of nearly 100 experts mostly from Danube countries.

2nd call of Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE is going to open in late April 2016

The second call for project proposals of Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE is going to open in late April 2016. The call procedure will be changed to a single-step procedure. More details including a revised application package are currently under development and will become available with the opening of the call.

Cities in motion of energy transition: PA2 workshop at the UN European Habitat Conference in Prague

Prague will host the European Habitat Conference, which will take place on 16 to 18 March, 2016. The regional conference is organised within the framework of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) as an official part of preparations for the third global UN Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development “Habitat III” this autumn.

The Energy Priority Area has chosen the issue of the use of renewable energy sources as the topic of one of its workshops organized within the 4th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy of the Danube Region.
